Component prices and stock
  • Please note: The components prices are extremely volatile, prices may vary without any prior notice.
  • Errors and Omissions are Excepted. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of descriptions, not all descriptions are accurate. Please speak to us to confirm before making a decision.
  • Pictures and images are for illustrations only. Some images are of generic similar items and do not necessarily reflect the actual products.
  • While every effort is made to ensure stock levels are accurate, occasional discrepancies may occur.
Delivery, Payment and Additional Charges
  • Shipping if required is charged at $5 for Perth metro area, $12 for West Australia Country and $19 Australia Wide, regardless of order size. We reserve the right to refuse / change price for very large orders. Or you can pick up your purchace from our store in Osborne Park.
  • Optional Shipping insurance is charged at 5% of the total cost.
  • Visa and Mastercard Credit cards attracts 2.3% surcharge. AMEX and Diners 4%. AMEX and Diners are only available on in-store pickup orders.
  • Payment is to be cash, EFTPOS or Bank Cheque only.
  • Prices / Availability are generally for normal retail quantities only. We reserve the right to not supply / change price for other quantities.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale
  • Original invoice must be presented as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
  • Warranty is back to base only. NetPlus does not cover any charges related to shipment of goods to or from the NetPlus premise for warranty purposes.
  • Standard warranty on the desktop computer systems is 2 (two) years on labour and 1 (one) year on parts unless specified otherwise on the invoice.
  • Standard warranty on components and accessories is 1 (one) year, not including labour. Any additional manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the manufacturer.
  • Consumables are not covered by warranty.
  • Warranty is not covered directly by NetPlus on some items, including but not limited to printers, scanners, monitors, notebook computers, and media. NetPlus will refer customers to local service centres whenever possible. Exceptions may be made for DOA items if returned within 7 (seven) days of date of invoice.
  • NetPlus reserves the right to withdraw warranty in cases where the manufacturer does not regard the presented issue as a fault.
  • NetPlus will only replace LCDs for dead pixel reasons only when covered by manufacturer DOA policy.
  • Some systems and/or parts may be returned at NetPlus discretion within 7 (seven) days of date of invoice for store credit only. Goods are required to be in excellent condition with all original packaging and contents. Media and blister packs must have original packaging intact. Refunds are not given except if specifically advertised by NetPlus.
  • Goods insured for delivery will only be replaced or refunded if missing or damaged in transit.
  • Delivery, credit card surcharge, and insurance charges are excluded from any refunds, store credits or insurance cover.
  • Warranty is void if goods are in any way physically damaged, are used beyond their intended specifications, or have labels that are altered, damaged or missing.
  • Warranty does not cover virus infection, software related faults, damage or misuse.
  • NetPlus takes no responsibility for any data or software loss and/or damages arising from the use of our goods or services.
  • Warranty does not cover the damage of other equipment used in conjunction with products supplied by NetPlus Micro Computers.
  • Title and property of goods remain with Net Plus Micro Computers until full payment is received and cleared.
  • The risk of any loss, damage or deterioration shall pass to the customer at the time of customer, proxy or courier receiving the goods from NetPlus. Warranty does not cover damage to goods arising from environmental causes such as but not limited to lightning, flood (water damage) or fire.

FAQ

Q. Can I buy large quantity?
A. Generally, no, these prices are for retail. We will try our best to fulfill multiple, but this is at our discretion. Chances are, 2-3 units of any one item is OK. But please feel free to ask.

Q. How do you ship?
A. We use Messenger Post, which is the courier division of Australia Post. We cannot guarantee delivery times as it is out of our control. But we will process the order quickly once payment has cleared. It is *estimated* that local delivery takes 2-3 days, country takes 3-5 days, and East takes 5-7 days - These are purely estimated and assuming there is NO complications with payment or stock availability!

Q. Why is delivery so long?
A. Well, have you ever driven across Australia?! I have, and believe me, it is a BIG country!!

Q. Do you answer emails promptly?
A. We always try to answer as quick as we can. However, we do sleep and have a life. If your email is not answered after 48 hours, please resend. Occasional enquiries may be lost to spamtrap etc.

Q. I live in Perth, and want to pickup, is this OK?
A. Of course! We are primarily a brick and mortar retailer and want you to enjoy your shopping experience in our showroom! And now with our new Myaree showroom, we hope to enhance your shopping experience

Q. How can I tell how much stock you have on an item?
A. Check the coloured dots next to the item.

Low Stock, 1-5 available. Please call us if you need this in a hurry as stock discrepancies may occur.
20+ available.
No stock but more on order. Usually 1-5 days.
Out of stock, there will be a delay if you wish to order this item.

Q. Do online orders have a tracking System?
A. Yes! However, you will find that due to circumstances beyond our control, the tracking status is often much slower than the actual. This can sometimes mean that you would receive your order before the system informs you that it has been shipped.

Q. Where are online orders processed and shipped from?
A. ALL online orders, whether it is for delivery or pickup from either Osborne Park or Myaree are processed and shipped from our Osborne Park branch. This can mean that if you choose Myaree pickup, then the stock will take time to be transferred.

Q. Do you have a compact/mobile version of your website?
A. Yes, if you are using a mobile phone or pda (or are using dialup internet) you can point your phone/pda to www.netplus.com.au/wap for a compact version of our website. Orders can currently only be placed on the full site.
